Materials are presented by two trained volunteers.
Topics include:
- Depression (unipolar and bipolar)
- Anxiety Disorder,
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,
- Schizophrenia.
- Medications and therapy
- Problem solving, communication techniques, and empathy
- Self care, advocacy, and recovery.
Classes meet weekly beginning Tuesday, August 19 for 12 weeks
